Graham uses his extensive knowledge and experience with the inner workings of government to help clients achieve critical policy, funding, and regulatory outcomes.
Prior to joining CSG, Graham was the Deputy Chief of Staff to Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe. In that role, he was responsible for issues management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, as well as serving as the point person for energy, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and other industries. He has also served as the Chief of Staff to Ministers of the Economy, Energy and Resources, and Crown Investments Corporation under the leadership of Premier Moe and Premier Wall. Graham was also a member of the Saskatchewan Party war rooms for the successful 2011, 2016, and 2020 election campaigns.
He grew up in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, and holds a bachelor of arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Regina. Along with his wife and two children, he lives just outside of the provincial capital, where he and his family enjoy their passion for horses, rodeo, and the western lifestyle. Graham also serves as a volunteer firefighter.
