Cole is known for his thoughtful approach to policy, his ability to navigate complex political environments, and his strong track record of building relationships that drive results.

Prior to joining CSG, he was the Director of Public Affairs and Communications at the Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association, where he led government relations and regulatory advocacy efforts for the province’s real estate sector. Prior to that, he held senior roles with the Government of Saskatchewan, including serving as Executive Assistant to the Premier and Manager of House Business and Research.

He grew up in Regina and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Economics from the University of Regina. Cole and his fiancée continue to reside in the provincial capital, where he also serves as President of the Royal Regina Golf Club.
