Charity is a seasoned strategist with over 25 years of experience in the public sector, excelling at leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop, implement, and measure impactful marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives. As a collaborative influencer, she builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to advocate for and drive outcomes that advance organizational goals.

Prior to joining CSG, Charity held key leadership roles in communications and engagement at the City of Edmonton and other municipalities both nationally and internationally. In these capacities, she provided senior-level counsel in marketing and communications, public engagement, media relations, visual and digital communications, as well as issues and crisis management. Her innovative approaches have earned awards and consistently achieved broad reach and representation across diverse populations.

Adept at fostering collaboration and building consensus, Charity notably developed and implemented a comprehensive public and Indigenous engagement strategy that was instrumental in the successful adoption of The City Plan, Edmonton’s long-term growth and planning framework.

Known for her results-oriented approach and her ability to build strong relationships, Charity leverages a systems-thinking approach and a wealth of expertise to deliver creative and measurable solutions within complex public affairs environments.
